Aaron brings over 20 years of leadership experience in nonprofit development, strategic planning, and organizational transformation. Since joining EA in 2021 as Director of Development, he has been instrumental in ensuring long-term sustainability and program growth through our financial partners, strengthening enrollment and increasing student retention, and developing innovative outreach strategies that have expanding EA’s visibility and impact.
A Leader with Vision
Beyond his track record of success, Aaron is deeply committed to the heart of EA’s mission. He holds a PhD ni Organizational Leadership and a certificate in Leading Change from Harvard Kennedy School, equipping him to guide EA into this next chapter with strategy, passion, and a relentless focus on impact.
